Victoria did a fantastic job of helping us complete a major renovation of our old house prior to putting it on the market. She arranged for three bids on each piece of work that needed to be completed, provided us with the estimates for our approval of which contractor to use, then scheduled all the work with the approved contractors. We were able to complete all the renovations in less than one month. Victoria also helped us with negotiations and counteroffer strategies on the offers we received. Her experience showed and was a valuable asset in getting our house sold quickly. We will definitely recommend her to our friends in need of a realtor.
